 “ I had been doing classes 4 to 5 times per week for 2 years. Initially I noticed a difference in terms of weight loss and toning, however, this soon plateaued. We still have a long way ahead to reach my target but I know with the help of Advance PT, I know I will achieve it. My best achievement so far has to be completing the Eastbourne Half Marathon!
